Logistics

Ex-works Sicily and CIF European ports. Partner logistics with reefer trucking across Europe. We coordinate transport or work with your nominated freight forwarder.

Payment Terms

Standard trade terms: 30/60 days net for established accounts. Letter of Credit (LC) on first orders. We're flexible and happy to discuss terms that work for both sides.

Sample Policy

Sample shipments available for qualified buyers — cost of shipping only. We want you to taste the quality before committing to volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your minimum order quantities?

MOQs vary by product: 1 pallet for fresh citrus (~800kg), 1,000L for bulk olive oil, 1 pallet for bottled olive oil, and 500kg for table olives. We're happy to discuss flexibility for trial orders.

What is your typical lead time?

For fresh citrus in season, lead time is 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Olive oil and table olives (year-round stock) typically ship within 3–5 working days.

What certifications do you hold?

We hold GlobalGAP, EU Organic (on selected lines), HACCP, and full EU food safety compliance. Copies of all certifications are available on request.

Do you offer organic products?

Yes. We have EU Organic certified lines for selected citrus varieties and olive oil. Ask our team about current organic availability and pricing.

Can you provide custom labelling or private label?

Yes. We offer private label packaging for olive oil (bottles and tins) and table olives. Minimum volumes apply — contact our team for details.

Which countries do you currently supply?

We currently export to eight European markets including Germany, France, the UK, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Scandinavian markets (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway). We're open to new markets.
